repost: Nope, no photoshopping was required. I'm on Virgin Media's 50Mbit/s service now. When I got it installed, mid monday, the speedtest was reporting 11Mbit/s. I figured that the issue was with my old prosafe firewall 'cos the specs state that it isn't capable of transfer speeds much more than that when using NAT. Luckily Virgin were kind enough to give me a freebie D-Link DIR-615 which is more than capable of the speeds required.
